The online entry window opens July 1, 2023 12:00 noon, and closes July 28th, 2023 at Noon. No early or late submissions will be considered. Entries can be emailed to tpl@monarchlibraries.org. Award winners and their winning entries will be posted on the Theresa Public Library webpage, Facebook, and Instagram page. The judging panel: We will post entries on our Facebook page and people can vote for their favorite the week of July 31– August 4th. The top 3 photos will win the contest. Prize 1: Photo made into an 8×8 acrylic print. Prize 2: Photo made into an 8x 10 framed print. Prize 3: Photo made into a 8×8 canvas print. All decisions of the judges are final. Each participant may entry up to 3 photos.
